Attention Fifth Grade Parents!

Belleview library is partnering with Campus library allowing our fifth graders to take part in the 1 Book, 1 Campus reading extravaganza! This program provides each student the amazing opportunity to receive a FREE copy of our selected book courtesy of the Belleview PTCO.

The goal of 1 Book 1 Campus  is simple:  build a community around reading for the sake of reading.  No extra homework or assignments are attached to the book.  Although we will promote the book, the real goal is to enjoy the book and embrace reading for pleasure.

All 5th graders will walk over to Campus library Monday, April 9 after lunch.  Students will meet the Campus librarians, hear about the program, and tour the Campus Library.  Each student will receive a free copy of the Book Scavenger by Jennifer Chambliss Bertman.

Message from the Cherry Creek School District

As we round the bend toward the final stretch of the school year, let’s finish strong – together!

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure all students feel safe, welcomed and supported at school, we are taking time this spring to share resources about important topics like bullying prevention, social media and Internet safety, suicide prevention and more.

Each week this month, we will be highlighting new resources on the district website and tips for ensuring student safety and wellness. Follow Cherry Creek Schools on Facebook and Twitter for more tips and links to resources.

This week we are starting with resources about social media safety and tips for keeping kids safe online. You can find more information here.

Thank you for your continued partnership in making sure our schools are places where all kids can grow, learn and thrive!
